Anette Parksepp

Anette Parksepp is a Communications Expert at SEI Tallinn and joined the centre in December 2021.

Anette supports SEI Tallinn communication activities on a daily basis and supports the development of international cooperation relations with communication activities. She connects journalists with relevant information and spokespeople and contributes to the publication and dissemination of project results on the website, social media and other communication channels.

Anette holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communication from the University of Tartu and a master’s degree in European Union – Russia Studies from the University of Tartu. She has worked as a journalist for six years, largely focusing on the environment and climate issues.
