Tayyab Ehsan Butt

Tayyab Ehsan Butt was an Expert at SEI Tallinn as part of the Climate and Energy Programme from September 2021 to June 2023.

He was involved with the hydrogen potential study for Estonia as well as developing the Hydrogen roadmap for Estonia and constructing scenarios for the study on Carbon neutral heating and cooling for the Estonian MEAC.
