SEI hosted this dialogue for the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation, Norad to explore different approaches to accelerate private sector engagement in Africa’s energy sector.

This dialogue provided an opportunity to share and reflect on how to accelerate private sector engagement in Africa’s energy sector. This included joint consultations with participants, and the objectives of the dialogue include:

This dialogue was hosted by Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) in collaboration with the Swedish and Norwegian Development Cooperation Agencies.

SEI brief / Get an overview of the investors' portfolios in the Swedish real estate market and provides examples of investments in real estate assets.
SEI brief / Read the results of interviews with actors from banking and the real estate sector on their portfolios and evaluation practices in the context of climate risk.
Project / This project aims to bring consumption-based emissions into the agenda-setting process in the lead-up to the June 2024 European Parliamentary elections.
