MAVERIC (Material Assets Valuation: Estimating Risks and Impacts of Climate Change) is a Vinnova-funded project (under grant agreement 2022-01417) aimed at understanding how climate risk will impact the financial sector.

Investing in real estate assets is an opportunity to diversify portfolios, allowing investors to reduce exposure to non-systematic risks. In this factsheet, the authors present an overview of the portfolios of the partners in the MAVERIC project. Some of these partners represent the largest investors in the Swedish real estate market and provide good examples of investments in real estate assets.
